Two thousand four hundred special tiles were produced as closely as possible to the original for the renovation of the worn-out, falling tiles of the Dome of the Chain, and sent to Jerusalem in two batches. The project was completed in cooperation with the Prime Ministry's Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).
