The panels prepared for permanent display at “Parque de San Ignacio Lamparilla in Old Havana” were designed by Nasuh Hasan Çolpan. Their design highlights the common point of the two cities; the sea, applied in the panels' center point. Structures lending the city its visual identity were lined up around the water. Havana panel features the Plaza Vieja square and the statute of Christ, while Istanbul panel features Cerrah Mehmed Paşa Mosque and the new Çamlıca Tower as symbolic structures.
